Contest Ephemeral Gardens

City organizes a Saulieu Garden Contest ephemeral.
It will take place Saturday and Sunday child, collective and individual, amateur and professional.
On an area of 1.20mx 1.20m, participants will use their know-how and all the techniques and materials to create a garden whose theme is "garden and Literature .
A jury of professionals and amateurs meet to determine the winners of the competition. The public will also vote for an Audience Prize.

Contest Rules 2011, Ephemeral Gardens
"Insects"
Article 1. City Saulieu organizes and September 2010, on the occasion of the 5th edition of Gardens Mayflies
assistance from the covered market gardens.
Article 2. Candidates admitted to the competition may compete
: first professional or vocational training institutions in
category "professional" on the other hand fans (adult or child, individual or collective) in the category
amateur. A candidate may submit several gardens. Applications (forms completed and signed)
must be filed or sent by mail to: Cultural Services, Library, Walk Monge, 21210 Saulieu
before September 2011, the postmark authentic.
Article 3. The gardens will be original and have a name in connection with the theme:
"Insects"
Article 4. Shape and composition
The gardens have a dimension on the ground imposed on 1.20m 1.20m. Candidates are free to introduce their creation in
any natural or unnatural as they see fit. The membership is free. The costs of creating the garden
remain the responsibility of candidates.
Article 5. Establishment and removal
The positions will be allocated by lottery. The installation of a protective tarp under the gardens
is mandatory. Setting Instead, the removal of gardens and cleaning the sites remain the responsibility of
candidates. The installation will begin Friday, September 2011 afternoon.
Article 6. Jury awards
The jury is composed of professionals and amateurs.
The jury delivers a first prize of the Ephemeral Gardens in each category.
The public is invited to vote for the Audience Award of the Ephemeral Gardens, slipped ballot in the ballot box prepared for this purpose.
Results will be announced Sunday, in September 2011 at 16:30. They will also be broadcast by the local press.
