INGREDIENTS:

• 1 / 4 lb fresh salmon
• Shallots
• Parsley
• Sesame
• Capers
• Mayonnaise to taste
• A pinch of cayenne
• Salt and pepper

PREPARATION:


1. Remove skin from salmon if you did not do the fish. With a sharp knife, scrape the salmon to chop into fine pieces.

2. Put in a bowl and mix with remaining ingredients.

3. Add mayonnaise and mix well.

4. Serve with tortillas or crusty bread.
